## Start on the free trial

Every account starts with a free trial and a working receptionist — no card required. You only add payment when you choose a plan.

## Pick a plan

Open Billing in the dashboard to choose Starter, Growth, or Scale. Each plan includes a monthly bucket of call minutes; Growth adds bookings, reminders, per-intent routing, webhooks, and calendar.

## Manage your subscription

From Billing you can open the secure portal to update your card, download invoices, and upgrade or downgrade. Changes take effect on your next cycle.

## Watch your usage

Your dashboard shows minutes used against your plan, and we email you at 80% and 100% so overage never surprises you. Overage is a clear per-minute rate, capped.

You're charged a clear per-minute overage, and it's capped — past the cap, service pauses rather than billing you more. You get warning emails at 80% and 100% first.
