# Connect Shopmonkey

## What lands on the other side

Each caller becomes a Shopmonkey customer with the call summary added to their note.

## Open API keys in Shopmonkey

In Shopmonkey, open Settings → Integration → API Keys. You need an admin account.

**Note:** Integrations are available on Starter and above. A free trial can't connect them.

## Add a new key

Click Add New Key and copy it.

**Note:** Shopmonkey shows the key only once. Copy it before closing the dialog — otherwise you'll need to create another.

## Paste it into Ahoya

Paste the key into Integrations → Shopmonkey and connect.
