Ahoya

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 30, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Ahoya (“the Service”) provided by Ahoya (“we”). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Service

Ahoya provides an AI-powered voice receptionist that answers inbound phone calls, books appointments, and notifies your team. You configure the assistant's prompts, voice, and phone numbers.

Your responsibilities

Subscription & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe at the rate of the plan you select. Minute-based usage above your plan limit is billed as metered overage. You can change tiers or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing.

Phone numbers

Numbers provisioned through the Service are sub-leased from Twilio. We pass through the Twilio cost ($1.15/month per US number) as part of your subscription. Number ports follow Twilio's port-in policy.

Acceptable use

Violations may result in immediate suspension.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime. The Service depends on third-party providers (Vapi, Twilio, etc.); outages on their side will cause outages on ours. We'll post any major incidents publicly.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. We'll refund any unused portion of a prepaid month if you cancel. We may terminate for cause (non-payment, abuse) immediately.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
