Integrations: calendar, webhooks, and Zapier
5 min · updated Jul 24, 2026
In short
Send bookings and call data into the tools you already use — a native Cal.com connection, a signed outbound webhook to your own systems, and Zapier for everything else.
01Open Integrations
Go to Integrations in the dashboard to see what's available and connect the tools you use.
02Connect Cal.com for booking
Cal.com is a native connection: link it so confirmed bookings write to your calendar. If you use Google Calendar, connect it through Cal.com or Zapier.
Calendar booking is a Growth-plan feature.
03Send data anywhere with a webhook
Add a signed outbound webhook to push every call and booking to your own CRM or backend. You set the endpoint and a secret; we sign each delivery so you can verify it's from Ahoya.
The outbound webhook is a Growth-plan feature.
04Use Zapier for the rest
For HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Slack, and hundreds of other apps, connect through Zapier using the webhook — the Integrations page links the ready-made Zap for each.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have a native Google Calendar integration?
Not yet as a direct connection. Today you connect calendars through Cal.com (native) or via Zapier; more native integrations are on the way.
How do I verify a webhook came from Ahoya?
Each delivery is signed with the secret you set. Compare the signature on your endpoint using a timing-safe check before trusting the payload.
