Connect Square

In short

A native one-click connection. Callers are matched to Square customers by phone number, with the call summary saved to the profile.

What lands where: Each caller becomes (or is matched to) a Square customer with the call summary on their profile.

  1. 01Open Integrations and pick Square

    Go to Integrations in the dashboard and choose Square.

    Integrations are available on Starter and above. A free trial can't connect them.

  2. 02Authorise Ahoya

    Click Connect. Square asks you to approve access, and you land back in Ahoya connected. There is nothing to copy or paste.

  3. 03Check it worked

    The tile shows as connected. After your next call, the caller is matched to a Square customer by phone and the summary is saved to their profile.
