Zapier reaches the long tail of apps Ahoya doesn't connect natively. You paste a Catch Hook URL and Ahoya posts every call to it.

What lands where: Every call fires your Zap with the full call payload as the trigger data.

  1. 01Check whether you need Zapier at all

    HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Notion, Google Sheets, Slack, Jobber, Square, Clio, Follow Up Boss, Cliniko and Shopmonkey all connect natively and free. Use Zapier for apps that aren't on that list.

    Routing a native integration through Zapier adds a paid step for something Ahoya already does for nothing.

  2. 02Create a Zap with a Catch Hook trigger

    In Zapier, start a Zap and set the trigger to Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook. Zapier mints a URL for you.

    Integrations are available on Starter and above. A free trial can't connect them.

  3. 03Paste the URL into Ahoya

    Copy the minted URL, paste it into Integrations → Zapier, and save.

  4. 04Send a sample and finish the Zap

    Use Send sample payload in Ahoya so Zapier can read the field structure, then build the rest of your Zap and turn it on.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Zapier delivery signed?
No. Zapier deliveries are unsigned because the Catch Hook URL is itself the secret — it's unguessable and unique to your Zap. The custom webhook, where you control the endpoint, is signed.
Can I connect more than one tool?
Yes. Each tile holds its own URL, so Zapier, Make, n8n and Airtable connect and disconnect independently.
